                                                                                             Syreeta Pough

Syreeta Pough, a native Patersonian is a graduate of Rosa Parks H.S., located in Paterson,

New Jersey. She acquired a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Criminal Justice/ Political

Science from Kean University in 1998 and Master of Arts (MA) degree in Human

Services Training Development from Seton Hall University in 2004. She is an active

member of Agape Christian Ministries Church in Paterson and serves on their Women’s

Fellowship Committee and is a School of the Bible facilitator. She is a member of Delta

Sigma Theta Sorority Incorporated North Jersey Alumnae Chapter and volunteers her

time to various community service programs. Her belief is where there is a need help.

Additionally, this servant’s heart approach has been able to transcend over in her

professional career in the criminal justice system for over 20 years. She has demonstrated

by actions that if you persevere and remain spiritually engaged, one can achieve all things

with faith, courage and action, while remaining internally connected to their roots. When

Syreeta is not working or involved in ministry and community service, she enjoys

hanging out with family and friends, enjoys good food, exercising and traveling. Her

motto is to “Love, Serve, Give, & Celebrate!”
